CJCUC Partners with The Galilean

The Center for Jewish Christian Understanding and Cooperation (CJCUC) is proud to partner with The Galilean, the first ever resort campus designed for Christians that will be established on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, to enhance their spiritual and educational experience in Israel. It has pledged not to engage in any missionary activity whatsoever and does not accept investors who engage in missionizing. Through the efforts of CJCUC’s Executive Director, David Nekrutman, a curriculum will be designed to teach Christians the Hebraic foundations of their faith along with classes to learn about the significance of Israel today in the areas of history, archaeology, economics and political accomplishments. “With 1.8 million Christians visiting Israel every year, we are in a position to provide a unique educational opportunity that will have an orthodox Jewish staff with expertise in the Second Temple period as well as Israel’s modern day period,” Nekrutman said. Both CJCUC and The Galilean hope that the experience will deepen a Christian’s identity with Israel and walk away with the State of Israel appreciating their visit to the land.
